Send your booking reference and updated flight number, date and local time to the team as soon as possible so the arrangements can be reviewed.
Can Vietnam passport holders book online?
The current online Arrival and Departure booking forms do not accept Vietnam passport holders. Contact our team if you need to discuss another type of airport assistance.
What extra document is needed for a Hanoi arrival booking?
The Hanoi arrival booking form requests a Vietnam visa copy for each traveller in addition to their passport copy and the flight ticket. Contact our team before booking if you need help with the document requirement.
How does a domestic connection at Noi Bai work?
