Prepare your airport journey

Know the next step before you travel.

Keep your travel documents, flight details and airport meeting guide ready before leaving home. Arrival, departure and an international-to-domestic connection follow different routes; choose the guide for your actual journey.

Check the entry documents required for your passport and trip with the relevant authority and airline. If you have a Vietnam eVisa, check its details against the passport you will use and keep the issued document accessible.

01 · Arrival

From aircraft to airport exit

Follow the international arrival signs. If you booked assistance, meet the representative using the confirmed guide before continuing through the arrival procedures. Keep your passport and entry documents ready, then follow the baggage and customs route.

02 · Departure

From check-in to boarding

Check the terminal and your airline’s check-in deadline. Your assistance package determines whether support begins at the airline desk or after check-in. Keep the boarding pass and documents ready for departure checks, and follow the flight’s gate and boarding updates.

03 · Connection

Prepare both flight details

For a domestic flight after an international arrival, check entry, baggage collection, terminal transfer and onward check-in with the airline. An international-to-international transfer may follow a different route. Send both flights when requesting connection assistance.

Keep these details accessible.

  • Passport and the entry documents required for every traveller.
  • Issued eVisa, if used for the trip, and the flight ticket or itinerary.
  • Both flight details and the baggage/terminal arrangements for a connection.
