Prepare your request.
- Flight details: flight number and Vietnam local date/time.
- Travellers: adults, children and infants, with the nationality and required documents for every traveller.
- Documents: passport copies and the flight ticket or itinerary. For arrivals at HAN, include a Vietnam visa copy for each traveller.
- Contact: a reachable email and WhatsApp/mobile number, plus any assistance request in the notes.
Vietnam passport holders are not accepted in the current online Fast Track booking flow. Contact the team to discuss another type of assistance.

Are children and infants included in the request?
Yes. Enter each passenger category in the booking form. The displayed total and confirmed booking explain the charges for your travelling party.
Can I request help with a stroller or mobility needs?
Add the request in your booking notes and discuss it with the team before confirmation. Specialist equipment or airline assistance must be arranged separately where needed.
How do I submit my request?
Choose a current package below. The booking form selects HAN for you. Enter the local flight time, every passenger and the required contact details and documents.
How far ahead should I book?
The online booking flow requires at least 8 hours before the service flight time. Contact our team with your itinerary if your flight is closer.
When is the service confirmed?
After you submit, keep the ARR or DEP booking reference. The team reviews your flight, documents and selected service, then confirms the arrangements and payment instructions.
What should I do if the flight changes?
Contact the team with your booking reference, revised flight number and local date and time so the airport arrangements can be reviewed.
