Vietnam eVisa still processing?

If your Vietnam eVisa is still processing and your departure is approaching, start with the options for your journey. VietVisaGo’s speed-up support is for travellers who have already submitted an eVisa application and need help with that existing case.

Enter your passport nationality, flight date and local departure time to check available services and prices. Select an option, provide your application details and upload the required documents.

Prepare your existing application

For each traveller, have the full name, passport nationality, eVisa registration code and email used to apply ready. Include the current application status and submission information, international departure and Vietnam arrival times, and your contact email and WhatsApp/mobile number.

File formats and travel details

Passport, receipt and ticket uploads accept JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 10 MB each. Use clear, readable files matching the passport you will travel with. A VOA alternative requests passport and portrait files instead of an existing eVisa receipt; portraits must be JPG, PNG or WebP.

Use a separate request for travellers with another passport nationality. Enter your flight departure time in the local time zone of the selected international airport, including departures from Australia or connections through another country.

How to request Vietnam eVisa speed-up support

  1. Check your available options. Enter your nationality, departure airport, flight date/time, Vietnam arrival airport and number of applicants.
  2. Choose a service. Review the option, service window and price. If a VOA option appears, provide the arrival time needed to calculate its waiting or lounge charges.
  3. Submit your details and documents. Add contact information and each applicant’s eVisa details. After submitting, keep your VVG booking reference for follow-up.

Service timing and prices

The checker uses your departure time, airport time zone, processing windows, cut-off times and holiday schedules to show the current service options. The price depends on the selected option and applicant count. Review the fee breakdown and payment currency before proceeding.

If your travel details change, run the check again. If no suitable option appears or your application needs corrections, contact the team with your current status and flight details.

Vietnam eVisa Speed-Up FAQs

Can I speed up a Vietnam eVisa that is still processing?

Start by checking available support options for your flight and passport nationality. Review the available option for your journey, then send your existing application details and documents to the team.

Use the official Vietnam eVisa portal and the details requested there to check your existing application. Keep your registration code and the email used to apply ready. VietVisaGo’s available-options checker does not retrieve your government application status.

Available service windows depend on your departure time, the selected departure airport, working-day schedules, cut-off times and the application itself. Review the option shown for your trip and confirm its scope with the team. Enter your exact flight details to see the current options.

Yes. The service is intended for international travellers, including travellers departing Australia. Enter your passport nationality and the local date and time at the supported international departure airport. Your departure country and passport nationality may be different.

Have each traveller’s passport bio page and eVisa application receipt ready, together with the flight ticket or itinerary for the booking. You will also need each traveller’s full name, registration code and the email used to submit the eVisa application.

Run the available-options check to see the current price for your trip and applicant count. Read the selected service and fee breakdown before submitting. Review the service fee and any additional charges shown for your selected option.

Contact the team with your departure and arrival details. Where the checker offers a VOA alternative, review its separate requirements and any waiting or lounge charges. The booking form shows the documents required for the selected route.

These situations need a separate assessment. Tell the team the exact status and any instructions received through the official portal before placing an existing-application support request. Do not select a pending-application service on the assumption that it will resolve a refusal or correction request.

Check your existing application status and the official instructions first. Contact the team before creating another application solely because the first result is delayed, so the next steps can be assessed for your situation.

You receive a VVG booking reference confirming that your request has been saved. The team reviews your application details and documents and confirms the next steps and payment arrangements. Keep this reference when contacting support.
