Can you guarantee I will make a short connection?
Send both flight details for review. The connection depends on arrival timing, baggage, terminal transfer and airline deadlines, so confirm the arrangements before booking.
How do I submit my request?
Choose a current package below. The booking form selects SGN for you. Enter the local flight time, every passenger and the required contact details and documents.
How far ahead should I book?
The online booking flow requires at least 8 hours before the service flight time. Contact our team with your itinerary if your flight is closer.
When is the service confirmed?
After you submit, keep the ARR or DEP booking reference. The team reviews your flight, documents and selected service, then confirms the arrangements and payment instructions.
What should I do if the flight changes?
Contact the team with your booking reference, revised flight number and local date and time so the airport arrangements can be reviewed.
