Is immigration Fast Track a visa service?
No. It is airport assistance for your arrival. For a pending or missing Vietnam eVisa, use the separate visa support pages before travelling.
Does the service remove immigration checks?
No. Every traveller remains subject to immigration procedures. The selected package provides assistance through the airport route where available.
How do I submit my request?
Choose a current package below. The booking form selects SGN for you. Enter the local flight time, every passenger and the required contact details and documents.
How far ahead should I book?
The online booking flow requires at least 8 hours before the service flight time. Contact our team with your itinerary if your flight is closer.
When is the service confirmed?
After you submit, keep the ARR or DEP booking reference. The team reviews your flight, documents and selected service, then confirms the arrangements and payment instructions.
What should I do if the flight changes?
Contact the team with your booking reference, revised flight number and local date and time so the airport arrangements can be reviewed.
