What documents are needed?
The form requests a passport copy for each passenger and the flight ticket. For arrivals at Hanoi, it also requests a Vietnam visa copy for each passenger.
When will my booking be confirmed?
Submitting the form saves your request. The team reviews the flight, documents and service arrangements, then confirms the next steps and payment instructions.
What happens if my flight changes?
Contact us with your booking reference and revised flight details so we can review the arrangements. Keep the latest meeting confirmation.
Can I book for a Vietnam passport holder?
The current online booking flow does not accept Vietnam passport holders. Contact the team if you need to discuss another type of assistance.
