VietVisaGo currently offers speed-up support for existing Vietnam eVisa applications from 75 passport nationalities, including Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, India and New Zealand. Select the nationality of the passport used in your application on our supported countries list, then enter your flight details to see which options remain. If yours is not listed, contact the team.
VietVisaGo is a private assistance service based in Port Macquarie NSW, Australia. We are not the Vietnamese government or the official eVisa portal, and every visa decision is made by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
Is my nationality supported by VietVisaGo?
Check the full A to Z list on our supported passport nationalities page. It lists the 75 passport nationalities for which we currently offer speed-up support on an eVisa application that is already submitted and still pending or processing.
Our main travellers come from Australia, the United States, New Zealand, Canada, India, the United Kingdom, Ireland, South Korea and China, and all of these are on the list. The list also includes, among others, Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Fiji, Greece, Mexico, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates and Uruguay.
Which nationality should I select if I have two passports?
Select the nationality of the passport used for your existing Vietnam eVisa application. An eVisa is linked to the passport used to apply, and you must enter and leave Vietnam on the same passport.
Requirements follow the passport you travel on, not where you live. An Australian resident holding another nationality's passport must check the rules for that passport.
What if my country is not listed?
Contact our team. We review your application and confirm whether assistance is available. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp on +61 415 973 380 or by email at info@vietvisago.com. Share your passport nationality, your application status and your flight details so the team can reply with the options that fit.
Does my nationality decide which options I can book?
Partly. Which options you can select depends on your passport nationality, your local departure time and the time left before the next processing cut-off. That is why two travellers can see different results.
The visa check works in three steps:
- Choose your passport nationality.
- Enter your flight departure date, time and airport, in the local time of your departure airport.
- Review the available support options and submit your details.
For an existing application, speed-up support starts from US$99 per applicant; the final total depends on the option still available for your flight and any add-ons. See Vietnam visa pricing and speed up my eVisa.
Is my nationality supported for a new eVisa application?
For a new request, start with our new Vietnam eVisa application and choose your passport nationality in the form. Speed-up support is only for an application that has already been submitted; if you have not applied yet, use the new application instead.
Travellers in one group who hold different passport nationalities need a separate request for each nationality. If everyone holds the same nationality, you can enter the number of applicants in one request and the price is shown per applicant.
Do I need a visa at all for my passport?
Check before you apply. Our Vietnam entry requirements guide explains the routes: most visitors use an eVisa, and some nationalities may qualify for a visa exemption under conditions on stay length, purpose or passport type. Consult the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa-exemption list for your passport and route, and do not assume that a friend's nationality has the same rules.
The official eVisa portal issues eVisas to citizens of all countries, valid for up to 90 days with single or multiple entry. Whatever your nationality, your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival, with at least 2 blank pages.
Is airport fast track available for every nationality?
Airport fast track is booked by airport and flight. VietVisaGo offers online fast track booking at Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), Hanoi (HAN), Da Nang (DAD) and Phu Quoc (PQC), from US$30. Fast track does not replace a visa: you still need a granted visa or a valid exemption to enter Vietnam. See Vietnam airport fast track.
Questions travellers ask about nationality
Does a supported nationality mean my eVisa will be approved?
No. A supported nationality means VietVisaGo can offer speed-up support for an existing application from that passport. Every visa decision is made by the Vietnam Immigration Department, and the official status is checked on the eVisa portal.
Are Australian passports supported?
Yes. Australia is on our list of 75 supported passport nationalities for speed-up support. Australian ordinary passport holders should arrange the appropriate visa unless they hold a separately applicable exemption; see Australian Government travel advice.
What happens if VietVisaGo cannot deliver the agreed service?
The processing timeframe is agreed with you before payment. If VietVisaGo cannot deliver the agreed service, it refunds 100% of the total amount you paid to VietVisaGo.
