Quick answer

What are VietVisaGo real traveller cases?

Real traveller cases are short records of completed VietVisaGo services, published to show how support works in practice. Each case lists the service type, such as 2 Business Days, Weekend or Arrival Fast Track, and the date. They are past examples only; government decisions and timing vary for every application.

  • Cases come from completed VietVisaGo services, grouped into Vietnam visa and airport fast track.
  • Each case shows the service type and completion date.
  • Passport numbers and visa documents are not published.
  • Past cases do not guarantee your outcome; the government decides every visa.

How are real cases checked before they are published?

Every case on this page comes from a service VietVisaGo completed for a real traveller. Before a case is published, the service type and date are checked against the service record, so what you see reflects what was delivered rather than a marketing example.

Each case is kept deliberately short, showing the traveller name as displayed, the service type (for example 1 Business Day, VOA or Departure Fast Track) and the completion date. Supporting documents such as passports, visa approvals, contact details and payment information are not published.

Cases are grouped by service so you can find examples close to your own situation, whether that is a pending eVisa, weekend processing, visa on arrival support or airport assistance on arrival or departure.

Full lists are on Vietnam visa real cases and airport fast track real cases.

How should you read a real case?

A case shows that a particular service was delivered for one traveller on one date. It does not predict what will happen to your application. The Vietnamese authorities decide every eVisa, and standard official processing is 3 working days after complete information and fee are received, with results on working days only.

When you compare a case with your own trip, keep in mind:

  • Service availability changes with your flight time, airport time zone, cut-offs and public holidays.
  • Each application is different – nationality, data accuracy and requests for amendments all affect timing.
  • Airport assistance depends on the airport – fast track help is provided where available, and some services are only offered at certain airports.

To see what is available for your own flight, use Visa Check or the arrival fast track booking form.

FAQs

What else do travellers ask?

Are VietVisaGo's real cases genuine?

Yes. Each case comes from a service VietVisaGo completed, and the service type and date are checked against the service record before publication. You can always verify your own eVisa independently on the official status search at evisa.gov.vn/e-visa/search, whichever service you use.

No. A case reflects one traveller's service on one date. The Vietnamese government decides every application, and timing depends on your nationality, details and flight. VietVisaGo commits to an agreed timeframe for the service you book and refunds 100% of the total paid if it cannot deliver that agreed service.

They name the VietVisaGo service delivered. For pending applications, 2 Business Days costs US$99, 1 Business Day US$119 and Weekend Processing US$269 per applicant. See Vietnam visa pricing for every option and visa real cases for more examples of each service.

The full list is on airport fast track real cases, covering arrival and departure services. Arrival assistance can be booked online at Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang and Phu Quoc, at least 8 hours before arrival. For closer flights, contact the team.

A review gives a traveller's opinion of the service. A real case records the facts of one completed service: the service type and the date it was delivered. Both are useful, but cases show what kind of help was provided. For your own situation, check the options for your flight at Visa Check.

Where does this information come from?

We check this page against official and government travel sources. Visa decisions rest with the Vietnam Immigration Department; VietVisaGo is a private assistance service.
